We are looking for a bright Event Assistant with a “can-do” attitude to join lively and enthusiastic events management team.


The right candidate will have a strong passion for events and be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and colleagues. A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour will fit right in!


You will be responsible for:

  • The logistics of 2 – 3 international conferences a month
  • Speaker, sponsor and delegate liaison
  • Venue Sourcing, Negotiating and Contracting
  • Sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier (Venue, AV, Signage etc…)
  • Onsite management (international travel required)
  • Event cost control and budgeting

 The ideal candidate:

  • Must have 2:1 or 1st class Event Management degree
  • Must have some demonstrable previous experiences in Events
  • Will ideally have outstanding communication skills
  • Will be highly efficient and have an organised approach to your workload
  • Will have the ability to work well under pressure and deal with high work volumes
  • Will be able to adapt and change priorities according to immediate business needs
  • Will be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
