We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our Life Sciences Intelligence product team. You will thrive on building a high value, relationship based B2B subscription revenues, through growing existing accounts, as well as hunting new business. You’ll be passionate about getting a result – and that means for your clients as much as for yourself.

 

You will have an excellent track record working in a high value B2B subscriptions/membership environment. This could be either in the media sector or within a blue chip data/business information provider.  The former will give you a close understanding of our world, the latter would bring a close understanding of the business we are working to build. In this dynamic sales role, you’ll be utilising the knowledge that you have studied for and you’ll be responsible for raising awareness and selling delegate places on a range of our conferences. You’ll be contacting senior decision makers to discuss their current requirements and helping them to evaluate how attending our events can accelerate their business objectives.

 

The harder you work the bigger the pay cheque. You can expect to earn between £30-£35K in your first year and potentially 40K in your second year. The On Target Earnings is uncapped so the sky really is the limit with many progressing to a management role within 18 months.

 

At our brand new offices based in the heart of Victoria, you’ll join our 3 week intense sales academy combining both classroom theory and on the job learning where you’ll master the latest sales techniques from the best trainers in the industry. Conference Producer - Engineering and Construction background - 23K plus profit share, 30K OTE - Immediate Start

Love Engineering but would like to be have a more target driven role in a fast paced dynamic company. Join our high-performing conference production team where you will create cutting edge events for the construction and engineering industry.  Although an interest in construction and engineering is desirable it’s not essential.  What’s more important that you’re ambitious with a natural love for research and a thirst for business.

 

You’ll need  an intellectual curiosity to get to grips with complex challenges that come with conference production and be happy working to very tight deadlines.  This role offers the opportunity to accelerate your career rapidly, travel internationally and gain a broad understanding of business issues within the construction industry. 

 

More about the role

You will be contacting senior level executives by phone to research the content of your conference which will address the construction and engineering industry’s’ most critical challenges. You’ll use your research to write the agenda, secure the speakers, guide the sales and marketing campaigns and manage the profitability of each event.  As a producer it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the events, so travel is guaranteed.

 

With overall responsibility for the successful delivery of each event, you’ll need to be an engaging and persuasive communicator and a natural relationship builder.  You’ll be comfortable accepting responsibility and leading a team to achieve demanding goals.

We are looking for a bright Event Assistant with a “can-do” attitude. You’ll need outstanding communication skills and be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and internal colleagues.

 

Based in brand new buzzy offices right next to Victoria Station in London, Hanson Wade organises international conferences for senior management across a broad range of industries. To thrive in our dynamic, fast paced environment you’ll love working to tight deadlines and have a natural passion for Event Management.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • The logistics of 2 – 4 International conferences a month
  • Speaker liaison from brochure landing through to post event
  • Sponsorship liaison from contract through to post event
  • Delegate liaison from booking confirmation through to post event Venue Sourcing, Negotiating and Contracting
  • Onsite management: Thorough venue liaison, audio visual liaison, signage design, creation of delegate pack, format and set up
  • Event cost control and accurate budgeting
  • Post event tasks, managing evaluation form analysis, thank you emails, record attendance, uploading presentations.

 

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • MUST HAVE 2:1 higher in an Event Management degree
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal (for phone and onsite work)
  • To be well presented and comfortable in a corporate environment dealing with senior business leaders
  • A highly efficient and organised approach to your workload
  • Excellent numeracy skills – comfortable working in excel, accurate dealing with numbers and simple currency conversions
  • An ability to work well under pressure and to deal with high work volumes

As Sponsorship Sales Executive, for cutting edge business conferences. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a B2B sales environment. The Role

We'll offer a competitive basic to reflect your experience and an uncapped commission structure which will realistically bring your earnings to between £40K-£45K in year one.  Earning potential will grow year on year.

 

You’ll be responsible for selling sponsorship packages to C-Level within pharma, legal/compliance, construction, and oil and gas events. Drawing on your rounded business ability to generate new business, you’ll reach out to international, senior decision makers using a consultative sell approach, offering opportunities to grow their business.  

 

Targeted at circa £30K per month with orders that range from £4K-30K, an average order size will be around £10K.  You’ll be an integral part of the team working closely with marketing, operations and production to ensure high quality delivery of your events. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will attend your own events across Europe and USA.

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to build and lead a team of 8-10 phone based sales professionals.  Your team will be responsible for securing high-level delegates to attend our global business conferences.

 

Based in London,  proven sales leadership ability is essential. The role is a pure management position. As such, the goal is to build elite sales capability within the team to drive exceptional results. 

 

Key responsibilities the Sales Manager include:

  • Coaching, training and managing a phone based sales team
  • Deliver team revenue targets and KPI’s
  • Develop individual personal and organisational plans including goal setting, 121’s etc.
  • Motivate and inspire the team on an ongoing basis
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Build a structure that will enable further growth and increase revenue
